Il nostro Barolo racchiude tutto il nostro impegno e passione, di anno in anno.
La guida JamesSuckling.com ha recensito e premiato il nostro lavoro, il che ci incoraggia a continuare su questa strada e a portarvi quella che è per noi la miglior espressione del Barolo, il Re dei vini e soprattutto il Barolo dei nostri padri.
Da qui nasce il nome del nostro Barolo, il Patres, che esprime e tramanda la nostra conoscenza centenaria nella produzione di questo vino unico al mondo.
Il Barolo Riserva invece è il continuo dell’invecchiamento per oltre 36 mesi in botti grandi di Rovere di Slavonia, ottenendo così la sua massima espressione in longevità ed eleganza.

“Lots of red-fruit character, together with hints of dried tobacco and leather, following through to a medium-to full-bodied palate with very fine, lightly firm but not chewy tannins that give the wine a chalky texture. Long, flavorful finish. Best from 2023.”

“A rather savory Barolo with a tight bead of red berries, together with oyster-shell and light bitter-herb notes. Medium-to full-bodied with firm tannins and some bitter citrus and spice at the end. A little rough at the edges right now, but should settle in nicely. Try after 2023.”
