Barolo Patres is Platinum

A big satisfaction, a goal never reached before: platinum medal for our Barolo D.O.C.G. Patres 2016 awarded by the authoritative Decanter World Wine Awards competition.

Despite the difficult year due to the pandemic, the Decanter team still managed to organize the tasting that involves judges from around the world, including Masters of Wine and Master Sommeliers, and many of them are the foremost experts in their field.

Medal categories correspond to the 100-point scoring system used by Decanter and many top wine critics around the world. Platinum medals are awarded to Gold winners that are re-tasted by a panel consisting of Co-Chairs and Regional Chairs and obtain at least 97 points/100.

Our Barolo D.O.C.G. Serra dei Turchi 2016 has been awarded with the Silver medal and a score of 90 points/100.
