In the municipality of Monforte d’Alba we produce this structured and full-bodied Barolo wine. It is the result of grapes cultivated in vineyards rich in marls and clay, a soil that lifted from the sea during the so-called “Elvetian” period.

Refining: in big casks of Slavonian oak, and then in the bottle.
Winemaker’s note
Spicy powerful notes of vanilla, cinnamon and green pepper. Composite, ethereal, pleasant and intense, of exceptional richness, harmony and completeness.
Powerful tannins in the mouth, but well balanced by a pleasant feeling of envelopment like velvet. Fine and persistent.
Food pairing
Game, braised meats and truffle dishes, but also with cheeses as long as they are seasoned and tasty.
Cellar life: 10 years.
