Winemaker’s note
The characteristics of the terroir are strongly present in the deep ruby red colour, in the bouquet with its ripe red fruits, plums and cherries notes, together with hints of spices and vanilla. Long, lingering sweet tannins prolong the pleasure.

Roast and grilled red meats, blue cheese.
Cellar life: 5 years.
