Winemaker’s note
Lively rosé, fine and persistent perlage announces a great elegance of cherry’s light perfumes with hints of rose and violet in the background.
Food pairing
Aperitifs, excellent with shellfish and other fish-based dishes. Good also as all-course wine.
Cellar life: 2-3 years.
